About The Heron
Located at 5555 Heron Point Drive, in beautiful Naples, Florida, and designed by award-winning architect Karen Noel in 1983, The Heron at Pelican Bay, a boutique, mid-sized condominium with only two units on each floor, is home to forty residences. Constructed of six-inch poured concrete walls and floors, The Heron sits at the very highest elevation along the three-mile stretch of land, mangroves, beaches, and bays that comprise Pelican Bay, the parent community association of which the Heron is a member and whose extensive benefits are available to and enjoyed by owners. Heron owners have direct beach access through a gated walkway to a berm from which they can take a tram or walk to all beach activities: www.pelicanbay.org
The Heron’s on-site amenities include a pool and spa, newly renovated gym and sauna, tennis and pickleball court, social room with full catering kitchen, and two suites available for guests. Owners have dedicated parking in the secure indoor garage. A newly installed flood protection system protects the lower lobby, as well as air-conditioned storage and mechanical rooms. There is ample guest parking and a secure entry system. The Heron is located less than a 15-minute walk away—both from Waterside Shops, an upscale outdoor shopping mall, and from Artis-Naples, an exceptional visual and performing arts complex: www.artisnaples.org
Heron owners are a highly collegial, welcoming, and active group who are represented by an owners' Board of seven members. During the week, the Heron’s managers reside on site in the Heron’s managers’ unit.
